​Prepare for your birth with personalized prenatal sessions designed to help you feel informed, grounded, and supported. Together we’ll create a birth plan that reflects your wishes, and during labor I offer creative movements, bodywork, and steady emotional support - while also helping partners and loved ones show up in ways that truly support you.

Bodywork ​​

​Somatic bodywork that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to your body. Sessions combine mindful touch and body awareness to release tension and restore a sense of balance and ease.
